Our work is backed by a no frills, written guarantee, in that if you are not delighted with the quality of our photographic work, there is no charge.  This guarantee does not apply to third parties that were directly or indirectly hired by the client to facilitate in the photo shoot, such as, but not limited to, the chartering of helicopters or planes for aerial photography, travel expenses, nor does this guarantee apply to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, or last minute cancelations by the client. Proofs are made available via the web within 10 business days.  Proofs are also available on CD as well upon request. 

In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of our photography, there is no charge for the photography, and Roney Photography retains all work. This guarantee becomes null and void, once you have taken delivery of said photos.
